About the event

In recent years, marketing has been strongly oriented towards performance, driven by the need for efficiency, traceability and measurable return.

This stage made it possible to professionalize investment, optimize budget allocation and accelerate data-driven decision making.

However, the current context demands a new balance. The fragmentation of the digital ecosystem, increasing restrictions on privacy and tracking, message saturation and creative homogenization have reduced the differential that algorithmic optimization used to offer. Today, performance continues to be indispensable, but it needs something more to achieve sustainable growth over time.

In parallel, artificial intelligence has democratized access to automation and optimization tools, raising the operating standard for all brands. In this scenario, the competitive advantage shifts back to capabilities that are not easily automated: strategic interpretation, judgment, sensitivity to cultural context, empathy with audiences and creative intuition. Those of us who work developing brands are called to update our skills with a curious mind, open to learning without leaving aside judgment, human connection and empathy.

Humarketing proposes precisely that: to integrate the best of technology with the best of the human. Not as an opposition, but as an evolution of marketing towards a more complete model, where AI amplifies capabilities, but the real differential remains human.
