Over the past 20 years, she has worked as an executive in creative and digital agencies, as well as in business transformation consulting firms, working in **Latin America and North America** with multiple categories and major advertisers. Since the beginning of **2021**, Laura leads the agency business at **Meta Brazil**. Previously, she worked for **eight years at Omnicom**, working between the United States and Brazil. Throughout her career, she has received several industry recognitions: she was distinguished as **Strategy Young Lion of the Year in 2004**, elected **Planner of the Year in Brazil twice** and nominated as **Woman to Watch 2018**. Together with her teams, she has contributed to **15 award-winning projects at Cannes Lions**, in addition to winning multiple awards at **Effie Awards and Jay Chiat Awards**. She has also participated as a jury member in several international awards, including **AICP Awards 2022** and **Gerety Awards 2019**. Laura is a **sociologist from the University of São Paulo** and an MBA candidate **at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership**. She has been **a professor at Miami Ad School for 17 years**, where she also served as **Faculty Director of the Strategy Bootcamp**. Mother of **Benjamin (12 years old)**, Laura also actively collaborates with non-profit programs focused on **diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I)** in Europe, the United States and Brazil, where she mentors high potential diverse talents. She is also the **founder of Like a Boss**, a leadership training initiative for women.
