Fernando Machado is one of the most awarded and respected marketing executives in the world. He began his career at Unilever more than 18 years ago, building an upward trajectory based on strategic thinking, analytical rigor and a deep conviction about the value of creativity.

At Unilever he led iconic global campaigns such as Real Beauty Sketches for Dove. Later, as Global CMO of Burger King, he drove one of the most relevant creative transformations in the industry, modernizing the brand, integrating sustainability, data and pop culture.

His work has been recognized with more than 160 Cannes Lions, including 8 Grand Prix and 2 Titanium, as well as multiple D&AD awards. He is currently Senior Marketing Advisor at NotCo and a member of Braze's board of directors, connecting innovation, technology and brands with purpose.
